A2 | Eversion (eccentric - band)


To increase the tendon stengthen of the peroneals with eccentric movement

Demonstration and Instructions






Start with no tension on the band and evert your foot. Move the other foot away to increase the band tension whilst maintaining eversion. Slowly let your foot invert until your foot is completely into inversion/supination.
