Pam is a Physiotherapist from the south coast of Ireland. She is an Australian Registered Physiotherapist, and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Pam completed a Bachelor’s degree in health and performance science before pursuing a career in Physiotherapy. Having trained in Ireland, Pam worked for a few years at home before being tempted by the beautiful beaches of Sydney.

Pam likes to use a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education to optimise her patients’ recovery, and help get them back doing what is important to them. She is also trained in Dry-Needling, and she uses it to treat a variety of conditions.

Pam grew up playing competitive hockey and sailing from a young age. When not in the clinic, Pam now likes to keep active by doing Crossfit, Running, or getting out on the water. With a keen interest in sport and exercise, she is passionate about helping people keep moving, and doing what they love.
