You will need to enter in the SAME email address as you have used previously. Simply follow the prompts to reset your password and check your email to the reset links. You can use an previous password if you like.
With the website update, some programs may NOT be showing in your profile when you are logged in. Please email us if your programs are not showing or your are unsure - and we will check and fix it for you!
There may also be a few program updates that ‘slipped through the cracks’, and some exercises may not be showing in your program. So login in, check out your program and let us know if this is you!
