CUSTOM-MADE ORTHOTICS

Designed specifically for runners, fitness enthusiasts, sports people and endurance athletes, our custom-made orthotics are tailored to address a variety of conditions such as shin splints, achilles tendinopathies, and hip pain. Whether you're pushing through the km's as a dedicated weekend runner or training intensely as a top-tier triathlete, our orthotics are crafted to enhance your performance by optimizing lower limb biomechanics, alleviating discomfort, and reducing the risk of injuries associated with overuse.

How are my feet measured?

We use a state of the art Gaitscan force pressure plate that analyses your foot strike, weight shift and control biomechanics of your walking pattern and load distribution in standing, to help determine exactly the right shape and function for the orthotics.

Our Physiotherapists will then interpret the data to help diagnose the problems you are experiencing as well as perform physical measurements of your feet, leg alignment and length differences. This information will form the backbone of the production of the orthotics, providing a more precise construction and performance outcome.
