Kristin has over ten years of experience in Musculo-skeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. She believes in an evidence-based and holistic approach to treatment, using a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation programming to help her patients meet their goals, and tailors’ treatments to suit individual lifestyles and capabilities. Kristin has a special interest in the lower limb - especially the knee. She specialises in creating and implementing performance and strengthening programs for acute and chronic injury recovery as well as post-operative rehabilitation.

Kristin loves to keep fit and active - and can be found regularly at the gym. Outside of Physiotherapy and exercise, Kristin enjoys nothing more than sipping a coffee in the sun with a good book.
