PURCHASING, ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are sent as parcels via Standard Post within Australia, and Air mail internationally. We use the Australia post parcel rates calculator for all our postage prices. Postage is calculated based on the postage destination location and charged in the checkout page of the shopping cart.
In order to be eligible to purchase goods on Physio Fitness Australia’s website you must register on our Website and be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
Physio Fitness Australia retains the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and we have received payment. Occasionally, orders or a part of an order are cancelled due to items not in stock, difficulty in processing the payment or duplicate order was placed. You will receive a notification via email explaining the reason of cancelled order.
Prices of goods
The prices quoted on the website include any GST payable. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Order Processing and dispatch of Goods
Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
In the unlikely event that you find your order contains faulty products or breakages please contact us to organise a replacement.
Prior to purchasing online, we encourage you to read the information listed under every product to help you with making the best choice for you.
While we will go out of our way to resolve any issues, we will not refund or exchange products due to a change of mind.
Any refund policy will not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Physio Fitness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
