A1 | BOSU / Wobble Board Balance

To improve the balance and proprioception for knee and ankle stability on two legs before progressing to one leg


Instructions

Place one foot on one side of the BOSU or wobble board and then step on with the other. You may want to start holding onto something for balance. Let go of the wall and try to keep the board from wobbling grossly, aiming to minimise the amount of wobble. Go into a slight squat bending 20 degrees at the hips and knees. Hold this position for 10sec, then as you build confidence aim to go up to 60sec. Repeat 3-6 times.
