L4 | Leg Slide (table top)


This advances the leg slide to really increase the core work and demand on keeping neutral spine.

Demonstration and Instructions






Lie on your back with knees bent. Find neutral spine and activate core. Slowly float one leg up, then other into table top. Ensure you maintain contraction your core, not doming up with the belly or letting your back arch off the floor. Slowly straighten one leg outwards, and then return to tabletop position.
