For building strength of the groin and abductors once the eccentric strength has improved / increased. God exercise to be included for athletes and people in change direction or kicking sports.

Demonstration and Instructions






Tie theraband to a table leg or other stable object at ankle height. If you tie it onto a table, you can hold onto the table with one hand. Stand side on to the table with the leg you want to train nearest and attach the theraband around the ankle, maintaining a hip-width stance. Slowly try to pull the band towards your opposite leg and across the mid-line of your body. Repeat 10-15 times.
