Lie back on the foam roller so it's in the mid part of you upper back. Hold your head in neutral position and slowly raise your arms straight over head. Externally rotate your hands and raise them backwards so they are on a slight 30 degree angle outwards. If you can let your neck slowly extend backwards as well. hold for 5-10sec and return and repeat
