We are an essential service and remain open. We are taking extra precautions during this time to help keep you and our team safe. All our practitioners and administration staff are fully vaccinated.
We ask that all our clients read below before making an appointment or attending the clinic.

 YOU MUST WEAR A FACE MASK Wearing a face mask is a condition of entry when you attend your appointment at our clinic. You must have one on BEFORE you enter the clinic and THROUGHOUT your appointment. (We have face masks available outside the clinic if you have forgotten one).  IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS If you have any symptoms we ask that you call and cancel your appointment, then reschedule it once you have have a negative test. Also, if you or your family have recently been in close contact with a positive case, we ask that you do NOT attend appointments until you are cleared. There is also NO fee charged for any cancellation due to sickness or having to wait for results from a covid test to you or any family member.
Unless any of the above applies to you, you do NOT need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our safety and hygiene practices are listed below. We are adhering to the Department of Health cleaning and disinfecting principles for COVID-19
Hand sanitiser available for you at reception, in the rehab area, in the treatments rooms as well as access to sinks in every treatment room for hand washing
We use hospital-grade disinfectant and antibacterial wipes for ALL common surfaces Our therapists wash their hands before AND after every client Bed towels and face towelettes changed between clients
Reduced class numbers during Public health order or lockdown periods
