Elise is an Australian registered Physiotherapist. Born and raised in Sydney, since completing her Physiotherapy degree she has spent the last 2 years working in a Sports Physiotherapy clinic. Here she has worked with a variety of both recreational and high level athletes and teams competing in sports such as rugby league, soccer, basketball and touch football.

Elise has an appreciation for all things health and exercise. She is passionate about working with her patients to achieve their individual goals. She understands the importance of exercise in this process to optimize their return to activity, and reduce recurrence of their condition. This has led her to complete further education including courses in Matwork pilates and dry needling. Outside the clinic you can find Elise exercising, playing and coaching touch football or netball or somewhere along the NSW coastline, swimming and walking.

Elise graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). She started her career at a sports private practice where she treated a range of injuries including acute ankle, knee and shoulder injuries, as well as low back and neck conditions. Elise went on to complete her certificate in Matwork pilates, which she later used to develop small group classes and one-on-one sessions for her patients at the clinic.

Elise has experience with numerous sporting teams, including St George Touch Football and Trinity Grammar School.
