Physiotherapy Employment Prerequisites:
To be considered for a Physiotherapist role you must have:
Preferably 2 years experience for a 'Physiotherapist' position but we do consider new-graduates
5 Years experience for a 'Senior Physiotherapist' position
Knowledge and experience in treating back pain, sports and fitness related injuries (you’re into fitness, training and sports yourself!)
You’re very capable at motivating clients to help them get results
You’re confident in yourself and your abilities, personable and outgoing, yet you value and show integrity and empathy
You have the drive and determination to build a steady and consistent client base
You pride yourself of being able establish a high loyalty rate and meet business targets
You’re a proactive team player willing to interact with the other Physiotherapists and health club staff to promote the Physio clinics as well as the company as a whole
You have dry needling and Kinesio taping and/or pre- and post-natal experience
You are willing to participate in marketing our Clinic in the local area.
Remedial Massage Therapist Employment Prerequisites:
To be considered for a Remedial Massage Therapist role you must have:
A Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.
At least one full year of Remedial Massage experience.
To be fully registered with all the major Australian health funds
Medibank provider number and registered with HICAPS
Professional membership to an Australian Massage Association
Professional Indemnity Insurance
A personal interest in the sport and fitness industry
Basic admin skills in order to handle patient transactions
